We accept the following payment options on our 100% secure website:
– Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, GPay, ApplePay)

If you have a coupon code, be sure to apply it to your purchase before you hit the pay now button at the checkout. You can enter it on the cart page or on the check out page in the coupon field.

If you forget to use your coupon, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund on your order.

Some of our coupon codes come with terms and conditions, which means that certain requirements must be met before the discount can be applied to your order. If your coupon code isn’t working, please take a moment to read the fine print for more details.

At this stage we do not offer Afterpay or other 3rd party payment options mainly because their fees hit us hard and we’ll need to up our prices therefore hitting your hip pocket too – however we will look at it again in the future.

We ship Australia wide using Australia Post. 

At this stage we don’t accept international shipping via our website, however, get in touch before ordering and we can see what we can do 🙂

All shipment pricing is based off of product weight, destination and speed of service. The shipping fee is calculated during checkout, once your address has been entered.

Depending on where you live, Australia’s Parcel Post usually takes between 3 and 8 working days, however this can be longer during peak periods (Christmas). It may be a little longer dependent on your address. We are based out of regional Victoria, so if you’re on the West coast or up Far North it will take up to two weeks to arrive.

Yes! We will send an email with tracking details once Australia Post have issued it to us. 

You can then use that tracking number via the Austpost website or via clicking here: Track My Parcel
